Sim cards are easily available at all 7-11 stores. And these 7-11 stores are at every street corner and everyone knows where they are so it won't be a problem to find. Hotel ke reception se pooch sakte hain.
Baaki things to see, besides the usual, you must go to the sky park on top of marina sands, gives the best views of Singapore, better than the Singapore flyer and cheaper too..
If you are vegetarian, look for thai and Indian food. The food at Thai express is reall good. You can try it out when you visit The Esplanade since there is a Thai Express outlet by the bay. There are tons of great Indian restaurants in the Little India area, such as Kailas Parbat.(Serangoon Road). For scrumptious soups and sandwiches, visit the Soup Spoon outlet in the ion orchard mall (Orchard Road).
Must See attractions are night safari which has a tram ride also so won't have to walk much, if you like animals ie. Be there by 7pm. Another thing must do is Songs of the Sea, cheapest and best show in Sentosa. After the show, you can eat superb dinner at unique Swiss cottage concept restaurant called Marche in Vivocity mall, which is just across the water from Sentosa.
Do visit Clarke quay on a weekend/ Wednesday night and see the fanfare! And when you're there, have some Turkish icecream at the little stall close to the water's edge and a little ahead of Hooters. Keep your video camera ready because it's no ordinary icecream :P
